These Terms of Sale apply when you place an order on blackrainbowcaps.com.

1) Seller information

2) Products

We sell caps and related fashion accessories. Product descriptions and images are provided on each product page.

3) Prices
  • Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Any applicable shipping costs (if any) will be shown at checkout.
4) Payment
  • We accept card payments processed via WooPayments.
  • Your payment is processed securely by the payment provider. We do not store full card details.
5) Order process and confirmation
  • You place an order by completing checkout and confirming payment.
  • After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
6) Production and delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and may vary by destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7) Shipping origin (important)

To serve customers worldwide, orders are fulfilled and shipped from different locations:

  • EU & UK orders: shipped from Latvia
  • All other destinations: shipped from the United States
8) Customs, duties, and import taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

9) Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union (and where applicable under local law), you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to customised or personalised items, where the product is made to your specifications.

10) Returns after delivery (our 30-day policy)

In addition to any mandatory legal rights, we offer a return policy:

  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within 30 days of reception.
  • Items must be in optimal condition.
  • Please include the packing slip that was included in your package.
  • The return address is written on the packing slip. Returns must be sent back to the location the order shipped from (Latvia or the United States).

Customised items cannot be returned.

11) Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund timing can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

12) Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at wecare@blackrainbowcaps.com  as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

13) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that are competent under applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
